8What is your Return Policy?
Our return policy is as follows: 
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization RMA.
  • We reserve the option to accept non-defective returns.
  • A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be charged for all goods returned.
  • All goods returned must be in the same condition as when they had received it.
  • Customer will bear all the shipping costs for returned goods.
  • All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment. Credit/ Refund only within 30 days of purchase.
  • $25.00 service fee will be charged for each return check. ALL RETURNS must have RMA number with the copy of original INVOICE.
  • General warranty for the replacement, will be 90 days, if not specified.
8How do I get orders shipped to countries other than United States? How do I calculate  
     taxes and tariffs?
A3Net Servers, Inc. does process International Orders. We require that the customer provide us with their own 
shipping account. All Tariffs and Levy's are the customers responsibility and are not included as A3Net Servers, Inc.
invoice. As paper work for various countries differs widely, we will usually try and contact you before Shipping out an
order. Some items may be restricted for sale to specific countries.
8What is the difference between "Retail Box", "Bulk Pack" and "System Pull"?
"Sun Sealed Box" is a Sun retail box. This usually costs more, due to packaging and the likes. "Bulk Pack" is a brand  new Sun Part shipped to resellers. "System Pull" is a part that was either used or has been pulled out from a new Sun system.
