User Sales Representative |
Must have minimum of two years experience
working with Sun Microsystems and other
UNIX resellers (HP/Compaq, IBM).

8Project
Engineer |
Build a team of software engineers related
to the design and development of web
applications and projects. Plan, organize
and provide technical direction and hands-on
approach to the implementation, programming
and/or maintenance of a major web based
management system. Coordinate and develop
project concepts, objectives, specifications
and resources needed. Review the
requirements to match existing functionality
or identify the additional work required.
Prepare design and operational
specifications, analyze and recommend in
accordance with company engineering
procedures. Prepare or coordinate unit and
integration test specifications for systems
and equipment based on customer/contract
requirements. Recommend test control,
strategies, apparatus and equipment, test
schedules and test data requirements.
Monitor project status, progress and
performance. Manage budget and schedule for
software engineering tasks. Conduct, review
and participate in design reviews and
technical meetings. Use and enforce
programming best practices with emphasis on
quality. Keep abreast of improvements in
software engineering. Identify software
engineering process improvements and support
the implementation of them across the
organization. Mentor junior software
engineers. Participate in company wide
continuous process improvement teams.
Supervise 0-2 Software Engineers/Programmers
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in
Computer Science or any Engineering field,
plus 5 years experience.
